Alexandra Gibson, Gibson Design Management, Inc. Alexandra and I talked earlier this summer, and I met up with her in Las Vegas at the Designing Profits event. We recorded a short video about outsourcing the parts of your business that you are not good at doing and also, the things that don't make money for you.
